Every game on SideLine carries a label showing how it was scored, so a number means something.
Every play records who entered it. If a finished game is corrected, the change is logged and the game is marked “Corrected”, so nobody can quietly rewrite a stat line.
Kids come first
SideLine covers players of every age, so the safety rules are built in, not added later.
- Players under 13 have no account of their own. A parent manages everything, and their profile is never public.
- Middle school and other under-18 profiles are private until a parent approves. Only then can approved recruiters find them.
- Recruiters can’t message a player under 18. They send a request to a parent, who decides.
- A parent can read every conversation that includes their child.
